What should I do in Chico during my downtime?

We love this town! If you have some extra time, we highly recommend:

  • Grabbing coffee at: Stoble, Naked Lounge, Creekside Cafe, Tender Loving Coffee, Equilateral Coffee

  • A walk through: Saturday Morning Farmer’s Market (8:00am- 12:00pm) Lower Bidwell One-mile park (right next to our venue)

  • Our favorite spots: 
    Breakfast: Stoble, Cafe Coda, Mom’s, The Roost Cafe, Sin of Cortez.
    Lunch/Dinner:  Sierra Nevada Brewing Company (offers tours too),  B Street, Parkside, Aonami Sushi, Roselle Bar, Tackle Box, Raw Bar Sushi, The Commons, Crush, Mom’s

  • National Yo-Yo Museum :)
    Into yo-yos? Neither are we, but this is the “world’s largest display” of yo-yos. It’s a quirky and unique stop located right downtown within a local toy store.

Getting there

Flying

Fly into Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Chico is a 1.5 hour drive north from the airport. We recommend renting a car if needed.

Getting around

Everything in Chico is within a 10-minute ride-share ride away.
